You can't technically 'record' a programme. It all depends on which channel or service has the on demand streaming rights for that particular programme.
In the case of RewindTV - that channel is not available on Sky Glass or Sky Stream so if you have moved over from Sky Q then I'm afraid you are out of luck. If you were told that you would get access to all the same channels as you had on Sky+ or Sky Q then I'm afraid you were misinformed.
It's up to the customer to do their research and check the channel availability list on Sky Glass/Stream before signing up to a streamed Sky service. The full channel list, including those not available via Sky Glass/Stream is here:
