Puck keeps going out at end of program
I am brand new customer sky stream fitted Friday. The puck keeps going off and always at end of program. I've tried unplugging but still same problem

What's your broadband speed? The puck needs a minimum of 25Mbps to function with any sort of reliability. This speed needs to be constant and interference free. You can check the speed being received by opening the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu by clicking on your profile avatar at the top, and run a network check.
