The past 3 days my sky has been unable to load, reset numerous times does not work

You have not mentioned what kind of resets you have tried or what happens when you turn your Sky Glass TV on.

If you have not done so already, can you try the recovery procedure on step 4 of this help article;

Have you tried unplugging the tv from the mains for about 10 minutes?
