Sky demand apps not working

Ive been trying to resolve an issue, all live channels are working on demand sky channels arent. Is anybody else having this issue? Sky told me it was down but family members have theres working

Sky glass Internet tv. Ive been on the phone for over 1 hour earlier, reset my tv, reset my internet etc etc, phoned my broadband supplier even and I cant load sky documentaries to watch something on catch up, problem loading programme always comes up. Was told theres an outage but others are working

Programme not loading error sky products

Issue with sky programmes not loading, live tv is ok. On the phone for over 1 hour problem not resolved. Was told it was a nationwide error but other family members services are working. Not getting any further forward and paying for a service I cant use. Just to add, live tv works, netflix, Disney, youtube etc all work sky cinema, docs etc not letting me load anything
