Probs loading channels and programs

I've got sky glass 43" tv it has intermittently disconnected from the Wi-Fi, issues loading programs, channels. And then the subtitles randomly turn on. Picture quality also poor.

i have done all the trouble shooting and checked service which say no issues.

i think it's an issue with tv itself because WiFi appears fine and connecting to my and my husbands phones

@SkyBabaPuff  On your Glass TV open the Netflix app, go to Get Help, run connection test, what speed is being reported by Netflix.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You've posted on a Sky Glass forum.

Sky no longer support Sky+HD, it's an obsolete system. All you can do is employ an independent satellite engineer at your own expense or call Sky and ask to switch to Sky Q or Sky Stream.
