Problem with screen lines travelling up the black screen

It's quite simple my sky glass television is under gurantee and has white 2 inch lines drifting upwards the screen while booting up can't see as well whole watch programs

Turn it off at the wall for 10 minutes then power back on and allow the TV to reboot. If this doesn't clear it you'll need to call Sky and ask for a replacement under warranty.

I had something similar on a Glass TV a couple of years  ago. A normal reboot didn't help so I left the TV unplugged overnight and the line disappeared and luckily in my case it never came back.

Give it a try but if it doesn't resolve the issue or if it keeps coming back you should call Sky for additional troubleshooting and if necessary a replacement TV under the 24 month warranty.
