Playlists Disappearing

I've only had Sky Glass and Stream for a week or two but at least twice now all the programmes I have had stored on my playlists have just disappeared. Now I have to try and remember what was ok there to re-add again. 

Anyone else have this same issue and is there a resolution?

Have you tried a settings restart of your Sky Glass TV and Sky Stream boxes?

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Glass TV and Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.
