When I add a film to my playlist why does it always appear under sky cinema .which I do not have a subscription for. I tried adding a film from ITVx no good it shows it is under Sky cinema so I can't watch it..

anyone else experience this?

This is normal behavious on SkyOS.

Sky does not hold the rights to all the content on the platform so if a movie is shown on a third party channel you need to either watch it live or go to that channel's on demand app and stream it from there (if they have the streaming rights to that movie.)

Sky will always try and direct you towards their own (paid for) subscription channels in order to watch on demand because they want to make money, so the customer needs to do their own research to find out where else might be streaming the particular content they want, potentially for free.
