Playlist

The complete playlists on our sky glass have vanished 

this happened on Saturday night after renting a movie on sky store. 
I have turned the mains supply off for a few minutes but no change 
Any help would be appreciated

Hi @Doomsky123 

some users have reported their playlist disappearing due to having to many shows on there 

to fix this go into playlists then manage all and delete some of the shows from the list

there is nothing in the playlist at all. So cannot delete something that is not there

Is there nothing showing in the "manage all" section

No nothing at all in any of the different playlists
