Playlist Missing Categories

My playlist is missing Movie section, Most Recent on Glass TV but everything is fine on bedroom puck and I have rebooted tv four times since 3PM & done factory reset so what would be next option

@KevNewMedia  I don't have that problem that most have with blue screen but only issue I have is that in Playlist the Movie rail & Most Recent rail is missing on my Glass TV but it's there on my Puck , I've even done reboot, factory reset but nothing worked, I'm still on QS024

I've moved your post to the main board to prevent your problem from getting lost in the other thread.

Can you try to create a new personal playlist on your Glass, to see if it syncs your profile?  If you are still having trouble afterwards, and nobody here has any further solutions, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Glass team by calling in.

Turned to my playlist and Recent and Movies has disappeared...only got Sport and TV shows 

Then manage but you can't manage the playlist view..

How did it change and why ???

Try turning the Glass off at the plug for a couple of minutes to reboot it and see if that helps.

Same here...exactly the same ...upstairs works fine but main box has lost items from Playlist..shame no one has replied to you yet as you posted yesterday

Tried that but didn't change anything...have also tried refreshing apps but no difference!!

Same here, not on glass juat Stream the most recent and movies are missing .
