I have sound but no picture on my skyglass. Has anyone else having this problem.

Reboot the TV. Turn off power at the wall for a minute or two then power on and allow it to restart. Also check your broadband.

I have tried all of this. It stays on for a while then it goes black again.

sounds like an issue with your tv . Is the tv still in warranty ?
