Turn it off at the wall for a few minutes then turn it back on. Rebooting it like this should clear it, but if it doesn't you'll need to ring Sky and ask for a replacement (as long as you are still within warranty.)
This seems to be a recurring problem, stretching back to when sky glass first was launched several years ago. I'm surprised sky haven't found a fix for it yet.

Re: Picture quaity
Hi @Mandy1803 and welcome to the forum. I agree with @Angel_Aka as I had a similar problem with a Glass TV (Gen 1) about 3 years ago. In my case is was a 2 inch wide vertical Gray line and I tried a normal reboot but this was not successful so I left it unplugged overnight. When I plugged it in again in the morning the line had disappeared and luckily never returned..
As @Angel_Aka says, if this does'nt resolve the issue or if it comes back then call Sky for additional troubleshooting and if necessary (if still within the 24 month warranty) a replacement TV.
Good luck 🤞
