Picture problems
My sky glass keeps going black but sound is still coming through what do I do

Check the speed your glass is getting. In netflix go to profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check. Try running it a few times and take an average. Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps if you have whole home.
These issues usually point to poor connectivity between your Glass and router or poor broadband speeds. It may be a case that you get more stability using an ethernet cable or homeplugs and turning WiFi off in your glass settings.
