Picture keeps going off, blue blank screen

Picture goes off randomly and have to go out the movie and come back in always

How is your WiFi connection you can check it in the Netflix app under settings it goes without saying it needs to be stable. 

Also have you rebooted the TV. Unplug it leave a couple of minutes and power back up this can clear any glitches.
