My picture keeps freezing and then message comes up saying that programme is loading. Also subtitles keep coming on randomly. I have carried out different actions that Sky have told me over the phone but still having these issues. I have had the WiFi check by EE and this seems to be fine. I have the Sky Glass generation 1, is anyone else having issues with this model.
