Picture issue sky glass
A thin green line all the way down the screen on my Sky glass 55" TV.
Still there after resetting the picture and turning it of and rebooting it.

You'd better give Sky a call then. This has been happening to Sky Glass TVs randomly since the first generation launched, years ago. It seems to be a weird software/firmware glitch than is sometimes fixed by a full reboot. If it doesn't fix it for you then call Sky and if the TV is still under warranty they should replace it. If it's outside of warranty then you'll have to live with it I'm afraid, or ditch it.

Re: Picture issue sky glass
Sounds like you have a more major screen issue and done the expected restarts.
I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Along with a blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
Note: Escalation conversations automatically close if there is no response within 48 hours.
