Try a reboot in the first instance. If you are experiencing it regularly you will need to provide much more information for the community to assist such as ISP, broadband speed, speed your device is getting (can be checked in Netflix app settings). Is this a new install? Have you / can you try ethernet etc.

 

We are fellow customers on the community not sky so no nothing about you unless you tell us.
