Picture Freezing
This is the third time that I have reported problems with the picture and sound freezing. I'm getting a bit fed up with this issue. Whilst if I have time I will go through the motions to fix it when my wife is alone she cannot do it herself.

Welcome to the forum

Try unplugging the tv from the mains for about 10 minutes .also if your tv is connected by wifi Try connecting it with an ethernet cable it is more stable than WiFi. Also open Netflix go to help in the app and go to check my network, run that and see what speed your tv is getting. Sky recommend a minimum of 25mps for hd channels and 35mps for uhd channels. Also the more devices that you have connected to the Internet the weaker the signal is to each one.

Re: Picture Freezing
Thanks Peter, this is not the first time it's happened, I've been through a number o& options and settings with the online assistance now. I have reported it three times but it must have occurred over Fifteen times in three months. Being new to Sky it's not what I expected. Thanks for the suggestion
