Paramount +

I can view Paramount + on my tv in the kitchen on puck 2 but new glass tv will not show paramount it just has a black blank screen

Try running app refresh under settings.

Hi @Ali611 and welcome to the forum.  Hopefully the App refresh as suggested by @Anonymous will have resolved the issue for you but if not then try rebooting your Glass TV by going to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a while before the Sky logo appears.
