Paramount plus

Hi

Yesterday I added paramount plus to my sky tv by taking out sky movies. I originally paid for it myself and have cancelled that subscription. I can not activate my new subscription. When I click activate on my sky it takes me through to paramount and when I click sign in through my provider al there is is apple TV. I have followed all the instructions given in other posts, I've turned my device on and off (TV and phone) I've tried to use a qr code, but nothing. 

Any ideas?

You shouldn't use the "sign in with through provider option".

@kodonoghue are you able to provide a bit more detail into exactly at which point its not working and what you are actually seeing on screen ( for example do you get an error message at any point?).

I also am having issues with Paramount plus. 
 It's constantly saying renewal in progress and has done for two days now. 
 4 days ago it stopped working altogether and I haven't been able to get on Paramount Plus since. 
 Spoke to multiple people at Sky and got nowhere. 
I've tried all the resets and app refreshes and still nothing. 
 Every time I try to activate it it wants me to pick a plan through Paramount and not through Sky which is the cheaper option.

It's all sorted. I uninstalled the paramount ap on my phone and resigned in via the web. It's all good.
