Paramount+ app skymed

I'm trying to watch the series Skymed on the Paramount+ app which has some characters speaking an indigenous language on occasion. The subtitles are meant to be shown as part of normal viewing but are not showing,and do not appear when subtitles are selected. Any ideas?
