Paramount Plus screening issues
We just signed up for Paramount+ which works fine on our iPhones/ipad but everyone time we try to watch something we get a minute of adverts then an error code 3005. We have checked broadband, unplugged, turned on/off, refreshed apps but nothing works...any suggestions greatly appreciated

Thee was an issue back last year with 3005 that P+ and Sky worked together to resolve.
But, since then some customers do occasionally get the error, which is a generic message that the app shows around any internet connection type issues when using the app.
One path to resolve that has cured the occurrences for many customers is doing the following in this order.
A restart of your broadband router and a restart of your Sky Glass TV after the broadband router is back up.
Try leaving your router off for half hour or more, as this will reset the WAN ip address and create a new connection path for your router.
Then after doing that, on your Sky Glass TV, do another app refresh;
- Press Home on your Sky remote, then select Settings
- Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
- You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
The refresh can take 24 hours to complete

Nothing else, apart from trying the above that I have seen resolves the issue.
You could try a factory reset of the Sky Glass TV.
We normally only suggest doing so when on a call or chat with Sky. As doing a factory reset can sometimes cause some account issues that only a call to Sky will fix.
Doing a factory reset will reset your current saved account info that you will need to readd along with your Sky Glass cutomised settings.
So, up to you if you want to do that yourself or work with Sky on doing so and work with them on something similar to resolve the issue.

Hi @Southon1 and welcome to the forum. If the advice already posted by others doesn't help there is a youtube video troubleshooting 3005 error. Whether or not it will help you I don't now but it is certainly worth watching just in case it does.

Ok done full re set, turned router off the on leaving it for over an hr. Reset apps. Every other channel works from Netflix extra. Paramount turns on I pick what I want to watch, watch the 30sec of adverts then I get the 3005 page.. ahhhh
