No channel or on playlist is loading
No channel on playlist or normal TV is loading for me to watch

First thing to try is turning the TV off at the plug for a few minutes.
if that doesn't help then the issue could be the speed and stability of your internet connection to the TV. The way to test this is to disable WiFi in the Glass network settings and plug in an Ethernet cable and see if this improves things.
its also recommended to ensure that the networked standby mode is set to ON in the settings, and you may also want to turn overnight power saving mode to OFF, this will help the TV wake up first thing in the morning and after periods of being in standby a lot quicker.

Check the Puck internet connection speed using the Netflix Network Check?
