No WiFi on tv

Hi, the green light is on my router. I have full WiFi on my phone and the app is saying my WiFi ok but my tv keeps saying no WiFi connection. I've only had this sky glass a week

@Kelly316 try restarting your Glass, by switching off at the plug for a minute.
