Netflix

I recently had a phone call from Sky. The gentleman made some adjustments including Netflix with adverts. However, we have tried to use Netflix but it isn't  English.

That usually means that someone has hacked your Netflix account. You need to follow the advice here: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-apps/tv-apps-on-my-sky-q-box/articles/fixing-problems-with-netflix-netf...

Did Sky ring you, or did you ring them? Just seems odd if they rang you out of the blue.
