Netflix subscription

Hi I have recently joined sky glass and have the sky ultimate package with Netflix, I have noticed on my bill that I pay for the ultimate package but then I pay an extra £4 for Netflix separately. So does that mean that I am paying twice for Netflix? Can I remove the Netflix subscription and still keep my Netflix account as part of the ultimate package? Would appreciate any help or advice that can be given. Thank you

Hi @Bing+09

Netflix with ads is included with your sky subscription, the extra £4 is for netflix standard. Netflix primum is £8 extra.

See here for what you get with each tier: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/24926

You can upgrade / downgrade via the my sky app or on the website.

The online link to change the Netflix package (and the various prices) is this one https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv
