My tv keeps buffering and freezing only started doing this yesterday it’s so Annoying

It started on the 2 nd and was doing it on the adverts only now it's just all the time started around 9.30pm today

First thing to try is to reboot the Tv by turning it off at the plug for a couple of minutes.
