My mum has a Glass TV but now swapped her utilities to EE
The new EE remote does not work with the Sky Glass TV
What do we need to do to make this work?

Re: My mum has a Glass TV but now swapped to EE and can't get the new EE remote to work
Hi @Mum7 they would really be a question for EE as it's their hardware. However Glass remotes use Bluetooth rather than IR, although it does have some IR capability.
It would be a case of going through the remote codes and seeing if any of them work, we know that TP Vision make then panel, so not sure if any of the Phillips codes work. Also not sure how the EE box tries to configure the remote.
