My Playlist has disappeared!

My Playlist has disappeared on Sky Glass Gen2. 

I've tried restarting as suggested in other discussions, this has not worked. I created a new Playlist, this disappeared the next day!

Any ideas anyone?

Hi @MrPaul_1618  The playlist usually reappears on its own after a while or after a reboot which it obviously hasn't done in your case.

 

Try another restart in Settings > System management > resets & updates to see if it helps this time but if not, your post could be escalated to the community messaging team.  If you would like it escalated just post back here.

Hi, many thganks for replying. I tried restarting again, but the playlist is still empty. There nothing stopping me creating a new playlist but I'm worried it will just disappear again as before. Maybe this could be escalated as you suggest. Thank you.
