Moving to sky
Hi, so I'm moving into my first flat and have bought sky wifi and broadband, why do I need an engineer to come out? I'm not in the flat yet to see if it has a openereach cable but I thought these things just plug in

Normally you wouldn't need an engineer. If Sky have booked you one it may be because there isn't an active phone/broadband connection.

Hello, thank you for the reply. So if we can't do any work on the outside of the flat and they have sent an engineer will that be a problem
