Re: Moving house
@PaulBurg They run independently of each other, is there a reason you won't be using your Glass TV as both need to be used at the registered address so you would need to inform Sky of the move.
You won't be able to use either at an address other than the one registered with Sky.

Re: Moving house
Hi
I have informed them of new temporary address, reason I cant use the glass is because im staying in someone's house temporarily and was hoping to just use the puck as my tv will be in storage

I'm a but confused @PaulBurg If you have advised Sky of a new temporary address and they have given you permission to use at this temporary address, then why are you asking if it's ok on a customer forum? I've only ever know Sky to agree to a new registered address being used and not a temporary one.

Yes agree.
Would not expect Sky to allow for a short term temporary address.
Have you moved your whole Sky account to this new address ?
Plus, at that address you would not be able to do this if another Sky account is currently registered there.
Also, if your Sky Glass is in storage, and that is known on your account as your primary device and is not turned on for some while, your Puck may stop working, unless it is made your Primary device.
