Moving House

[HC26]

I am about to move into a house that is furnished. The landlord has a Sky Glass TV that is fully paid off, and is leaving it for me to use. Would I just have to connect the TV to a regular Sky TV package in order to use it? How would I do this?
Also, would I need to inform Sky after ordering the package that I do not require a TV box?
