Lost HDMI

Hi. I just finished my Sky glass package. I kept the glass tv and had Sky Q installed a couple of weks ago. I went to connect my Xbox in but cant find HDMI in the settings nor can I find my tv Aerial in the settings. Any help please as the brain does not work like it use to.

Hi @Carrick22 

 

They will not necessarily be visible on the rail anymore but there should be a a square labeled "apps and inputs". The HDMI and Aerial app should be in there.

 

The settings for CEC control should be in Settings > connected devices.

They dont show up on any squares. Just not there tryed everything,

You havent reset the TV at all? Your TV needs to be associated to a sky account for you to get the basic functions. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-without-a-subscription

 

Try disconnecting from WiFi in settings and reboot the TV you should get a no connection screen with options for TV aerial, and HDMI. If that doesn't work I would suggest contacting sky for further troubleshooting.
