Logging into my account

Sent email saying is streaming on my account away from my house how do i find out who this?

Do you mean you have received an email from sky stating they they believe you are using sky stream away from your registered address?

 

They will send you a warning as per the information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/use-of-streaming-tv-subscription-outside-your-address#:~:text=You%....

 

However if they believe you are continuing using it, they may impose an additional charge. As we are fellow customers here on the community, if you believe that you have received this email in error, the best course of action is to speak to sky. Contact information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/viewing-help
