Loading and technical faults

TV turns off; picture disappears; loading issue and technical fault messages. This is the second TV we've had since we purchased Sky Glass last year. And this will be the last!!

Hi @Rum230 

 

Does your broadband meet the minimum requirements for Glass? What speed is your glass getting? Run a speed test in netflix. Have you tried ethernet / homeplugs.

 

I've got 2 glass units and 4 pucks and they work flawlessly.
