@Fasteddy08 How is the Glass TV connected to the hub? You may have 900mbpos line speed to the hub, however wifi can suffer interference from neighbouring signals or speed reduction.
If possible try etthernt from the tV to the hub.

Done the WiFi, it was the same with live streaming then as well

have you turned wifi off in the glass settings (then restarted to save) when using ethernet?
Gen 1 and Gen 2 Sky Glass & 3 Stream Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Three sky mobile sims.
