Itv live keeps freezing

Does anyone else having issues with watching ITV as it keeps freezing. It seems to only be itv no other channel.

Currently watching  sky Action movies and the amount of freezing is ridiculous. Every couple of minutes the screen goes blank and the film goes back about 3 seconds. I have run the checker on the sky page but it says everything is fine. 

What is going on??

Your broadband connection speed is probably fluctuating too much. 

Check your network using the Netflix app - open the app and go to the get help menu and run a network test. What speed is reported? 

Glass needs a constant minimum of 25Mbps to run reliably. Anything less will be prone to issues.

Mine was doing this yesterday on the same channel. 

Ok on every other channel. 

Connection speed was fine and connected through ethernet

Yes, there were some problems with that channel yesterday on a few platforms apparently.

Is it working ok for your today ?

Currently trying to watch Red Sparrow on Film 4 HD and it is almost unwatchable due to freezing and stuttering.

And no, it's not my internet as I have gigabit fibre, my Glass being connected directly to my router.

Finding this, and 'technical fault' messages are getting more prevalent. I've been a Glass customer from the first week of service, and it's frustrating that these kind of issues are still happening!
