Issues with my sky puck

I've have 2 sky pucks. One has a history of switching itself off! This is an intermittent fault and was pretty rare. However, recently it's been happening increasingly. The pucks are less than 3 years old. I restart them and they work fine but it's annoying. Can they be replaced under warranty and how / who do I contact please?

The Pucks are owned by Sky, so they'll happily swap out a faulty one. However, before that I'd suggest swapping the Pucks over to see if the fault follows the Puck or stays in the same room, indicating a problem with it's location.
