Issue with sound when people speaking

I turned in my sky glass today and the background music and sound is fine but when the people speak it's all muffled. It's really weird how the background sound is fine but when people speak it's like they're submerged in water. I've followed all the troubleshooting guides but nothing has sorted it ????

@trudiw2312 Have you turned on the Enhance Speech Quality option in the Picture & Sound Settings?

You will need to give us some more information and advise us what troubleshooting you have tried so the community can assist appropriately. E.g have you powered off for a few minutes at the mains, turn enhanced speech on in settings.

Also what content are you having issues with? Everything, sport etc? What Sky glass is this Gen 1 or 2.

This will help us advise you of the best course action.

Yes, did they t all the sky on the phone with me

I followed the steps on the trouble shooting page, changed the sound to vice like it told me. C changed the audio output to performance like they told me. I'm waiting on sky protect to send me out a replacement but was just wondering if there was anyone else having it had the same issue as I thought it was strange that the sound was perfect until someone spoke on the screen and it was really muffled.
