Issue with sky vip paramount +

I saw on my sky app that I could get paramount free for 6 months , I went through the process and signed in to paramount and it's says that I've signed in but no active subscription. Now I can't find the link on my sky app to retry .

Do you subscribe to Sky Cinema? Paramount+ subscription is linked.

Have you had a paramount + subscription before ( be it a free trial or paid for)? The T&Cs of the offer state it only works for new Paramount + subscribers

Not had it before , 7 day free trial then promotion for 6 months . First payment is in September.

Sounds like you may be signed in with the wrong login details. @John1239

People were trying to help you and asking questions is a way in trying to ascertain the why, what and how. And just so you know, a "subscription" doesn't log you in, that would be a username and password.

You need to activate the Sky offer of paramount+ as described here.

If you do not activate it corrcetly, as shown in this link, you will not get the Sky offer;

Yh I know what to sign in with . 
I was relating to a previous message which said I've got a 7 day free trial then 6 months subscription.
