Intermittent Losing sound and vision

I keep losing sound and vision, intermittent. Tried resetting router, TV and puck, checked all cables. I've had to resort to watching TV without Sky because there's no probs with the tv

Me too.  How do we tell sky they have a problem?

Thanks for the reply. I'm glad I'm not the only one with this prob, I think I might contact Sky by phone and see how I get on
