Installers put base in wrong Skyglass Gen 2- how do I remove it?
I had the new Skyglass Gen 2 delivered today. I paid for premium delivery service so they unboxed and installed for me. Unfortunately the installers have put the base on back to front and there is a gap at the bottom, and the TV is unstable. I have tried to take the base off but it's stuck. Does anyone have any ideas how to remove this? The leaflet says you can just lift it off the base, but as it's back to front it's just stuck. Please help!

You're probably best off calling Sky and complaining. You've paid for a premium delivery service and they've left you with a potentially dangerous situation where your new TV could topple over. They either need to come back and fix the TV properly to the base or, if they've broken the stand, replace the whole thing and fit it correctly.

First off, you need to raise a complaint with AIT, the delivery company

Make a delivery complaint with AIT
As mentioned in the Sky delivery article;
Once that has been done.
Would suggest calling Sky also to report.
