Hi @Janebre and welcome to the forum. It may just be a software glitch so have you tried a reset? If not give it a try by going to
Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device. It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a short while before the Sky logo appears.
This is generally the first thing to try at the first sign of any problem.
