Having trouble with some getting some of your channels down

I can't get channels 5 plus

If you're referring to 5+1 there are no plus 1 channels on Glass/Stream, pleasee see the full list of available channels here 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Channel 5+1 is not available on Sky Glass. None of the +1 channels are.
