HBO not on second tv

I can't get HBO to show as an available app on second tv.

Hi @Coop4 

 

Try saying "open HBO max" into your remote. If that doesn't work go to settings > system management > resets and updates > refresh apps

 

Or in the same location apps > hbo max > reinstall.

You will need to provide more information. What do you mean as show as available? Do you mean opening the app? Signing in? Is there an error message etc?

Hi, it's not showing as an available app to sign into. It's just not there when I go to view all apps. All the other ones are there like Netflix etc.
