Glass turning off while watching

Watching a film at around 11pm my glass to suddenly turns off, so I turn it back on go through the menu find what I was watching select it and a circle keeps going round

Hi @Tara48  If you haven't already tried it a  restart of  your Glass TV will probably resolve the issue for you as it tends to clear software glitches.  It's certainly worth a try.

To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device .  It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens as you start the process.

Sky has major glitch which they keep blaming on other variables. I have  totally rest my set to factory settings turned every auto on off off and still it continues. I had a call back from sky agent yesterday stating. It is a serious glitch in the system which they have not been able to fix. So stop anything your doing it won't fix it until sky get off their bottoms and sort it
