You haven't given us a lot to go on! We are fellow customers not sky and know nothing about you!

 

Is this a new setup? If so is the backlight of the remote lit? Open the back and ensure all the paper tab has been removed.

There's a sky remote app on both iOS App Store and Google play store which you can use to control the tv until your remote issue is resolved
