Glass not connecting

Im fed up of waiting for uou to remove my old sky glass and mow wish to return the sky glass air as its defective and im sick of delays that were not caused by me with immediate effect

@NICOLA+BEALES you are not talking to Sky support when posting in the forum. As you apoear to need their support I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
