Glass damage

My tv glass has broken accidentally please help me with these thank you.

Hi @Bhavani and welcome to the forum. Hopefully you are insured against accidental damage.

 

The Sky repair partner is ServiceTech.  Details can be found at this link: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs

 

You do not mention what damage you have but be aware ServiceTech cannot repair the screen.

A Glass television is not supplied on rental or hire-purchase: you've owned it from the start.  That being the case, Sky won't offer any 'help' with accidental damage apart from selling you another set: you are still obligated to repay the original purchase loan in full even if the television no longer functions.

In addition to all of the above.

 

You are best to contact your household insurance company for an accidental damage claim.

 

Accidental damage will not be covered under a TV warranty.
