Hi @DEE63

It sounds like your WiFi signal is marginal. Who is your ISP? You may be able to meet "booster discs" (wireless repeater) for free depending on your package. Alternatively could you connect your Glass via ethernet cable or home plugs?

Hi @DEE63

What broadband speed do you get? Also what speeds are you getting on Glass?

You can check this via netflix:

1) Begin from the Netflix Home screen.

2) Navigate left to open the menu, then select Settings.

3) Scroll across and Select "Get Help".

4)Select Check your Network.

@DEE63

Boosters tend to grab an already weak signal and create a secondary WiFi network with the same name - often causing more issues

you d be better off with a mesh WiFi network or a cheaper alternative a set of powerline adapters
